Plus, it provides best-in-class audio with Intelligent Audio and customizable voice announcements.
You can choose between UHF and VHF frequency bands for the XPR7550 IS. It comes with a 5-line display, a full keypad, support for up to 1,000 channels, five programmable buttons, an emergency button, man-down and lone worker safety features, and an IP67 rating for submersibility.
With exceptional voice quality, extended battery life, and ATEX certification for safety, XPR7550 IS UHF radios meet the requirements of SOLAS Chapter II-2 Regulation 10.10.4 for fire-fighter radios carried on board ships. They are also certified under the 2014/90/EU Marine Equipment Directive (MED/5.20) and the Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) Regulations 2016 (UK/5.20).
