Available in UHF and VHF frequency bands, the XIR P8668 Ex comes with a 5-line display, a full keypad, support for up to 1,000 channels, five programmable buttons, an emergency button, man-down and lone worker functions, and an IP67 rating for submersibility.
With exceptional voice clarity, extended battery life, and ATEX certification for safety, the XiR P8600Ex Series UHF radios meet the requirements of SOLAS Chapter II-2 Regulation 10.10.4 for fire-fighter radios carried on board ships.
